Like pm2 like node or some kind of control panel like wildfly, weblogic?

What is there to administer? Play, on the other hand, collects a standalone butt, i.e. java -jar ...... and that's it. What application manager do you need? Java processes to monitor?
You can also build a WAR with a plugin and place it in Tomcat, Wildfly or whatever you have. But it's kind of not kosher.
