Scaffolding at the beginning of training - pros and cons?

I've been learning railroads for a month. Scaffold has never been used, but is said to make a lot of things faster and easier.
What is your opinion on the use of scaffolding at the beginning of training?

I use scaffolding regularly. There can be no "against" here. You will tune it, and not send it to production in its initial form.
The main thing is that you understand how it is done by hand.
