Saving letters from mail.ru to eml format, problem?

Why, if you save letters from the mail.ru account
using the "Download to Computer" interface tool,
are they saved in a "battered form"?
For comparison, test email:
saved from the Thunderbird interface :
7.65 KB, all signatures incl. DKIM, validating on www.appmaildev.com/en/dkimfile
saved from mail.ru interface" :
3.66 KB, DKIM missing, not validating (lots of errors).

Most likely, "Download to computer" gives back the collected letter from the previously parsed eml. And this is not identical, because the parser performs many transformations with the source letter, incl. recoding and removal of unnecessary headers for displaying the letter.

look at the text, determine the encoding
