Saving a Photohop vector layer to SVG?

Need a free tool to save vector layers in Photoshop'e in svg format.
I tried the script , but unfortunately it saves
Illustrator in svg.ai format, I don’t have it on this PC, I only have Photoshop

If the layer type is smart object - just double click on the icon in the list of layers and it opens in AI (if installed). From there it is natively saved to SVG (Save as svg).

File-Save for Web, as far as I remember, can save svg
