Sass not compiling?

I enter the command sass --watch sass:CSS everything worked as it should before.
It turns out Compiled sass/style.sass to css/style.css
Sass is watching for changes. Press CTRL-C to stop.
But at the same time, it does not compile anything, it's worth it like a stone, what should I do?
Version 1.26.10 complied with dart2js 2.8.4
Reinstalled node.js and sass doesn't help
