SASS: instant update, like in brackets. Is it possible to?

I use sublime text, sass. I do not like to press ctrl + s to update, I want everything instantly.
As in brackets; but, as I understand it, there is only for css.
Is instant updating even possible for metalanguages?
If so, what solutions exist at all, preferably for ST?
If not, then tell me how you can organize such an instant css application for ST.

So you can put SASS on Brackets. There is a special plugin for this:
Open the plugins in the program and install through it, just type SASS into the search.
