Samsung officeserv 7400 or Asterisk(elastix)?

Colleagues, good day to all!
A company with up to 50 employees has a Samsung officeserv 7400
PBX. There are 10 external lines on the PBX, of which customers know only 2.
With a large number of outgoing calls, the call reaches the client from the number that he sees for the first time, which raises a lot of questions from the client.
Also on the agenda is the issue of integrating telephony with a CRM system, which can also be fraught with crutches.
Do you think it is worth switching telephony to VoIP?
I know that officeserv can handle IP telephony, but the modules for it cost a lot, but it’s not entirely clear whether this PBX will keep up with the times.
In general, I ask you to evaluate whether it makes sense to twitch.

Estimate how much you are willing to invest in such a transition.
If you completely transfer 50 clients to VoIP, then this is not only a server for Asterisk (a regular office computer is enough for such a number), but also phones. You can, of course, use softphones, but this is not so convenient.
If you leave old analog phones, you will have to add gateways, for example, on Parabel Asteroid, which is also not cheap.
In order to get one number for all lines at the output, you will have to use not analog lines, as it is now, but an E1 or SIP trunk. Here, too, it is worth evaluating the costs of switching and changing monthly payments.

Do not twitch, the male is much more problem-free in terms of stability. Regarding voip, it's easier to raise Aster as a 2nd PBX for those who need crm, for example, a call center.
Further, elasticix is dead, the one that is now no longer on the asterisk, but on the basis of 3x and licenses are expensive.

for 50 analog subscribers, I would take an OAS card and 6-8 licenses for SIP trunks. this is provided that passive integration is suitable for CRM, since Samsung can only give data on calls. it is unlikely that modern CRM can do CTI. it will cost less than the server and gateways / devices for such an amount. and well, you also need to make sure that the processor card is fresh, on the SD card, so that you can update to the latest 5.xx firmware, otherwise it makes no sense.
