Samba + ST3 slows down. How to cache?

There is a virtual machine with debian 7, launched under Windows 7.
A project hangs on it, samba is also configured there (to the root folder).
This folder is connected in Windows:

On Windows, I open this path as a regular folder in Sublime Text 3.
Everything basically works, but, from time to time, it freezes tightly. Plus, it hangs while saving (apparently, at the time of loading).
Maybe what configs need to be added in samba? Or is there another approach altogether?

@berezuev

The solution was found: score on samba, and use the sftp plugin

@Ghoct

Samba configuration please, and Debian does not hang on the same disk as the host OS (Win7) are there enough resources for the virtual machine?
