Saleor (Django) Import?

I just want to switch to django. There will be a couple of stupid questions..
Is Saleor a django framework? Can django plugins be installed on it?
And how can I implement the import of goods through csv-tables? Perhaps there is a plugin?

It's not a framework, it's a platform built on Django. And, yes, of course, jugg packages will work there.
