SAAS for community organization/multi-family building management

I know that there are several programs \ SAAS solutions for an apartment building (HOA, etc.). All that I have seen are made as if on the knee, and there is no desire to use them.

I plan to propose to our chairman that we implement some kind of, most likely SAAS, solution for organizing a community inside the house, for automating all sorts of little things like reporting water meter readings, issuing receipts (ideally, automating payments), etc.

I want this product to:

  • It was possible to organize a discussion of issues related to the house
  • To be able to post documents / decisions of the meeting / announcements
  • To automate all sorts of little things
  • It is possible that bookkeeping, etc., be automated.

In general, I want more cool buns.

To conduct meetings of homeowners online, you can use the Internet service "Meeting-online".
The service allows you to hold meetings with a personal notification of the date and time, automatic collection of votes and minutes, a public report, and, most importantly, a decision that is binding, that is, justified, permitted and protected by law.
A free demo version is available on the sobranie-online.ru website.

any control system will work for you. As I understand it, you need a free one - look towards planfix or analogues.
In theory, there you can set up a recurring process plus a document base

Hello!
I present a software solution https://hudsons.ru for HOA. Our system is absolutely free for MCs and residents, and currently solves a number of issues, such as:
The system is developing rapidly and in the near future it will have the functions of voting, creating appeals to the management company, entering meter readings, information on payment for housing and communal services, etc.
