S3: Is it possible to get the number of all objects in the bucket folder without unloading all these objects into memory?

Question regarding Amazon S3.
I have a bucket, I have the necessary folder, I need to get the number of objects in it without unloading them all into memory. Is it possible to do this? I use the AWS SDK PHP, but so far I have found the ListObjects option, and make a count of all elements, which just loads the memory, but I want to avoid this, and get only the number of elements in the response

Only through list with a filter. And yet, there are no directories in s3 and never have been - this is all a simulation for the not strong brain of people living with daddies on their computer
