Please tell me what is the current situation with Rust, is it still being finalized, has it gone into production? Can it currently compete in terms of the number of libraries on the web with Golang and in machine learning with Python? Is there anything planned in the near future? year/two?

Lack of vacancies, shortage of competent developers. Those that are want a lot of money.

it "went into production" 5-6 years ago, but as for improvements - this process is eternal, well, or until the language is abandoned, well, or how Go did not run into its own shit code
