Is there a ready-made Russian language for Vanilla 2 or how to make Russification (which files to dig into)?

There really is not the best quality.
The latest version of vanilla (2.0.11) introduced locale, so you can make a full translation, Russian locale. Basically, I did a bit of it. If so, I can help.

Now this locale is relevant , provided by the Russian-speaking community of the vanilla forum
