Russian service for collecting logs and end-to-end tracing?

Datadog is no longer accepting payments and will stop working on April 15th.
What are the alternatives in the Russian Federation for collecting logs and end-to-end tracing of requests.
Interested in exactly how the service.

There doesn't seem to be a clear candidate. Unless https://cloud.yandex.ru/docs/logging/ comes to mind, but I didn’t use it myself, I can’t say anything.
I myself would look towards ELK deployed locally. For small volumes, it is quite easy to lift.
