Runtime testing. Whether in PHPUnit?

Hello.
I remember in JUnit (tests for Java) there was an opportunity to write a test "the test is passed if the script has completed less than 1 second". I can't find in the documentation, is there such a thing in PHPUnit (Codeception)?
