Running processes in the Linux background

Hello. Need advice.

There is some PHP system that runs child processes (also PHP) in the background via nohup. When the system is started from the console, all child scripts are finalized. But if it is launched from NetBeans, then the scripts are not fully finalized. At the same time, if sleep(10) is added at the end of the startup file, then everything is again finalized to the end. Those. looks like nohup when run from NetBeans doesn't help...

OS: Ubuntu Linux
