Running FFmpeg with C++?

There is a FFmpeg video encoding line and so on. (there are 3 or more of them) how to run C ++ on a Linux machine so as not to run 3 ~ 4 or more terminals.

ffmpeg -i file.mkw  -vcodec copy -acodec aac -strict experimental ............
