Running Drupal on toolbox docker?

I decided to try docker as a local site development on drupal. I found the docker4drupal.org manual , then installed the docker toolbox since I have windows 7-64x, launched the console, docker works without errors.
Then, through the console, I created the myproject folder, threw the docker-compose.yml file into it and the drupal files, then executed docker-compose up -d and docker-compose ps all containers work, but when I open localhost: 8000 in the browser, the browser does not find anything. e nginx is down. Tell me what I'm doing wrong or maybe I missed something. Thank you!

It is possible to specify the ip address of the virtual machine instead of localhost
