Run script on another server without web server?

There are two servers main and file ! Main simply opens the site and the files are respectively located on the file server + the converter (ffmpeg) is also located there. You need to run the PHP script of the converter located in the file server, but the fact is that there is no web server there. How to run it? Both servers are connected via LAN network
