Run nginx as required user?

There is an apache2-mpm-itk module for Apache to run virtual hosts as the required user. What to google to do exactly the same for nginx?

Separate the sites of different users into separate containers. Nginx runs as a single user because it doesn't spawn processes like Apache does.
