Run git tag in ConEmu console?

I enter the command in the ConEmu console git tag -a 1.0.

How to register/save a tag and close this window for further work in the console?

This is not conemu, but the VI / VIM text editor that opened in your default git-bash opened. Save and exit - Shift+Z+Z, or :wq
Read a quick reference to vi, or better yet, spend 15 minutes going through the online tutorial https://www.openvim.com/ - it will come in handy in life.

this is vim. it squeaks in one mode, in the second it spoils everything.
now, I believe, squeaks. ;) what to press - they said above: esc (just in case), and then: wq
