RubyMine 2017.3.1 + Rail 5.1.1 + webpack?

Hello. In the new Rails 5.1, now when you start Development, do you still need to run "ruby ./bin/webpack-dev-server" in parallel? What is the correct way to do this in RubyMine 2017.3.1?

I would suggest to use the trick and run with foreman

It was not possible to make friends with foreman and RM 2017.1.4.
The instructions on the last link did not help, and this article is from 2013.
