Ruby on Rails app on Heroku: shows "The page you were looking for doesn't exist." What is the problem?

I did everything as needed for the deployment.
In environments/production.rb also registered: config.assets.compile = true I also ran
migrations.
It turns out this: https://moneychens.herokuapp.com/
What could be the problem? How to decide?

It just comes out instead of the usual error page on our LAN.
Therefore, you will have to look at the logs through heroku logs and fix the problems.
