RSA decryption in js?

I'm at war with RSA.
With the help of https://github.com/phpseclib/phpseclib/tree/php5 I created keys, I can encrypt and decrypt the phrase. But there is a desire to decrypt in javascript.
Downloading https://github.com/travist/jsencrypt . The script encrypts and decrypts the phrases from the example, but if I substitute my keys (which I created through phpseclib), then my phrase does not decrypt.
Tell me, please, what could be a joke?
