Routing - which APIs have it?

Please tell me, in which maps api for the web or for mobile devices, is it possible to lay routes at the specified beginning and end of the route?
So that would work well in Russia.
Anyone have experience with this feature?

Yandex did not try, but if you choose among Google and routes based on OSM data, then Google builds routes better. Routes from Google can only be shown on Google maps.

From online we use cloudmade , it is quite acceptable, there is REST and js API. Google does not roll - its data on Russia is very inaccurate.
