Routing problem on Mikrotik (or brain problem)?

Bottom line:
failover worked quietly for itself by forwarding a static route through pppoe-client and pinging 77.88.8.88 (in the absence of ping, switching to the lte interface and disabling some of the scripts). all of a sudden, miracles.
Either I didn't get enough sleep, or something went wrong. below the screen.

but the most interesting:

What am I doing wrong?

@ifaustrue

Use traffic marking and a separate routing table for the host that you have a test, so that outgoing traffic is guaranteed to go through the desired interface and not go through others.
