Routing problem on Mikrotik (or brain problem)?
Bottom line:
failover worked quietly for itself by forwarding a static route through pppoe-client and pinging 77.88.8.88 (in the absence of ping, switching to the lte interface and disabling some of the scripts). all of a sudden, miracles.

Use traffic marking and a separate routing table for the host that you have a test, so that outgoing traffic is guaranteed to go through the desired interface and not go through others.
