Routing between vlans (TomatoUSB) ?

There is RT-N66U under Tomato 1.28 (shibby). Raised on the rotor (in addition to the wan interface, of course):
vlan1 - lan1 (192.168.10.0/24) (waffles are also wrapped here ... this is by the way)
vlan2 - lan2, lan3 (192.168.20.0/24)
vlan3 - lan4 ( 192.168.30.0/24)
The task is to access one single machine in vlan2 from vlan1.
That just did not write in static routing - nifiga does not plow. On DD-WRT, such problems never arose, but on this hardware, PPPoE is not allowed into any DD, so I had to abandon this firmware (((. Such things. Toli skis do not go, roofing felts one of two. Help out.

This feature is included in shibby's mod. Plus it is possible to organize by means of iptables.
