Router with PoE and USB for modem?

Hello,
there is a task to put near the window (because it is there that cellular networks are normally 'caught') a router with a usb modem in order to stretch the wire from it deep into the building into the office to the switch for distributing the Internet there.
Advise the equipment, please.

Here is the list of railroads.
Please note that some of them can only lte, and also a certain frequency set.
Linking with a PoE + usb modem - to frequent walking with legs to the equipment. Taking into account the quality of usb modems, all sorts of ops locks, etc. rake Your next question will be "how to pull power to usb through netwatch".

I would recommend taking
https://mikrotik.com/product/wap_lte_kit and there is no need to use Usb.
With usb modems, there can be various periodic adventures, ranging from lack of power, intermittent freezes and other gaiety. Sometimes it's true when everything works well, but if you can avoid it, why take separate things?
The point is street, there is power by POE. I say right away that I recommend taking another PSU with a large power reserve when powered by POE. Over time, the PSU, or rather the conders, tend to dry out, and even at considerable distances, problems may appear on a regular one.
I have a review planned for it, but when it will be is the question.
