Roundcube login failed, how to solve?

Please tell me, I can't figure it out. I'm trying to start the mail server, but the plug is trying to log in to the web face of roundcube. The error "Unsuccessful login attempt" is thrown.
In the logs IMAP Error: Login failed for [email protected] from 10.63.0.164. AUTHENTICATE PLAIN: Authentication
failed. in /var/www/html/webmail/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php on line 196 (POST /webmail/?_task=login&_action=login)

I've already read everything I could, but I still haven't found a solution...

Mariadb
roundcube
postfixadmin
In postfixadmin I create mailboxes, they fall into the database. But I can't log into roundcube.
