Hello everyone, a friend had such a problem, a window popped up in the browser "Rostelecom, there are not enough funds on the account .." blah blah and instructions for action. Naturally, we called Rostelecom itself, where they told us that, according to their data, everything is working stably and there is Internet access, and there are no debts. Advised to clear the history of the browser(s). But it had no effect, alas.
I tried to reboot the whole thing several times, reset the DNS cache (ipconfig /flushdns), but the problem does not go away! Not a single application that uses the Internet connection works.
By the way, the hosts file is generally empty, but as far as I remember, there should be some entries from Windows itself?
In general, this is the trouble, I'm a little stumped.
Z.Y. I tried to connect the system unit at home - there is Internet. Is it a router issue?
