Rosa Cobalt. How to install packages that have dependencies?

Good evening. Can you please tell me how to install packages in the Rosa Cobalt system?
Faced with the fact that when trying to install google chrome, I received an error that there are no packages in the system.
I tried to install with the team yum --nogpgcheck localinstall google_chrome.rpm
. I got an error again that the vulkan package is not enough.
If you try to install any other package through Yum Extender, then it is installed without problems, but with third-party ones it constantly swears at the lack of dependencies.
urpmi is missing from the system. There is only rpm and yum itself.
How to solve this problem.

If you have a certified, that is, protected version, you can install only those packages that are in the distribution kit into it.
