The situation is such that now it is only possible to use win7, but at the same time I wanted to get acquainted with RoR.
Installed RailsInstaller, further orienting but off. documentation, I get to the step of checking the rails version and I get stuck. The Path

environment variable has the following meaning:

C:\RailsInstaller\Git\cmd;C:\RailsInstaller\Ruby2.2.0\bin\;

Also, when I try to create a new application in the console, I get a notification about: Системе не удается найти указанный путь.

There was a similar problem with rails - I tried to deploy under Windows. A lot of dances with a tambourine when prescribing paths. After the problem with the rails themselves was solved, there were problems with gems. I advise you to install either on a virtual machine, or create a customized container for rails, for example, on codeanywhere (they have it for free, I use it from time to time).
