Role of table names and prefixes in SQL injection?

For a long time I read an article where it was written that it is necessary to use not banal table names and prefixes. Now I'm stuck everywhere. I looked at what they write now and did not find clarity on this issue. In addition, he himself discovered injections that do not care about table names and prefixes.
The question arose due to the fact that prefixes and troubles with naming tables complicate life a little, as, for example, now when writing a new component and migrating old databases.

Non-banal table names are "elusive Joe's method".
