I understand that you can restrict the issuance of a role to a group through hasPermission

But how to make it so that a person would have access to the issuance of roles, but he could not issue certain roles. Whatever the bot would not allow him to do, and the bot reported this in the chat "user.username is trying to give out the role name role - author2"

I cannot raise roles that cannot be given out above his role.

GIVE_MODERATOR_ROLE - And if there are 2 attempts from a person, he removes all roles
