Robots.txt Disappeared WordPress?

By clicking on the link , it is there, I go to the root of the site, there is no file.
I can add parameters with a hook, but where is the file itself hidden?

As Roman wrote , the file is most likely formed through a plugin. To generate your own, you need to create a robots.txt file in the root of the site and add a rule to htaccess that will issue a file name upon request www.journalist.today/robots.txt , and not process it using index.php

Are you sure that you are looking at the root of the folder on the server where all the files are (wp-admin, wp-content ....), and not at the root of the site template?
