Robots follow the unsubscribe link?

There is an unsubscribe link in the footer of the email. It works in one click - the user is immediately unsubscribed without asking anything from him. What is the probability that the robot will follow the link and thereby unsubscribe the user? (Spam/virus/firewall check robot...)
Or is it better to show a page after clicking on this link where the user needs to click the "Yes, unsubscribe me" button? (Of course, without requiring any authorizations)

Unsubscribe links should be in the body of the email and in the List-Unsubscribe header.
In the body of the letter, you can unsubscribe with an additional button, because. in addition to bots that can potentially validate links, there is also link prefetching, which works for all links in some browsers / plugins. In general, it is generally believed that a GET request should not change the state of the server.
In List-Unsubscribe, unsubscribing should definitely not require any additional action.

Just an observation:
The problem may exist, but in all my practice I have not encountered it. Those. there was no abnormally high unsubscribe rate. You can not bother with this problem, it is better to focus on other settings / quality of content / quality of subscribers and other nuances of email marketing.
