.рф domain with unicode aliases, what are the pros and cons?

I have been working with .rf domains for a long time, clients have already got used to them.
But before it fell out to do only landings, where it is not particularly critical what the urls of the internal pages will be.
Now the client wanted unicode urls so that "links were beautiful".
Instead http://мойсайт.рф/o-kompaniiwill be http://мойсайт.рф/о-компании/.
What are the pros and cons of unicode links?

There can be only one minus - for the developer, if he does not use "modern site engines" and he has problems with the CNC.
Well, one more may be a minus that occurs when copying and pasting such a URL. All characters are decoded and the link becomes twice as long and not human readable. :)
But this also occurs not always and not everywhere.
