Rewrite project or start from scratch (Laravel)?

necessary to change the concept of the site from the bulletin board to the catalog of companies, while not removing the ability to submit ads to the site (moving the ad to another section). Need to rewrite the site like OptList.ru
What do you recommend? Order a project from scratch or modify an existing one?

If you are trying to port from some engine to a framework, then you will have to do everything from scratch anyway. If you are using Laravel on your current site, and the functionality is small, then it is better to just rewrite. Otherwise, everything from scratch.
PS: Personally, I would rewrite everything from scratch. Because catching all rewriting errors will be a very long task.
