Rewarded video in desktop apps?

Hey!
Probably, almost all mobile developers are familiar with the "Rewarded Video" advertising format - where the user receives internal currency for watching an advertising video. Many networks provide such ads, like Fyber, Unity Ads, etc.
And the question is this - is there such a thing for Windows applications? The specific technology is not very important, it can be at least a native application, even HTML5 / Unity.
