"Reviews" section for an intimate store?

How will the testimonials section of an adult online store affect conversions?
On the one hand, it is good for online stores to have product reviews.
On the other hand, both for good search engine optimization and optimization to increase conversion, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the site - this store assumes anonymity, which is difficult to guarantee with such a section.
Now there is a section (it came with OpenCart), a dilemma arose - to remove the section or to wind up reviews?

a dilemma arose - to remove the section or wind up reviews?

Well, take two similar products, wind up one, hide the other and see what happens with the results for these pages.
It shouldn't affect at all. Well, replace the names with User56428 or something like that, although this is more for people.

And what's so difficult about making customer reviews and not indexing them for search engines?

I've seen reviews in many similar stores. There is nothing terrible in this. Display only the name and that's it. This will not affect anonymity in any way.

Regular anonymous reviews like everyone else, which means it's hard to guarantee anonymity if you don't know who left the anonymous review.

Thanks for the comments.
While there is no way to deal with the reviews, we needed an answer from the category: what to do right now to be good. Temporarily they will simply be disabled, then we will implement them anonymously and conduct tests.
