Who studied at the courses in these institutions? What can you say about the courses, internships and employment after graduation?
I'm thinking about studying in one of these projects, because. I need an intensive course on a number of topics, an internship and the opportunity to enter the profession of a web developer.
I myself have been working in a completely different field for many years, which I'm tired of and I'm going to change it to one that is really interesting. Since there are no acquaintances in the new sphere, I decided to enter it in this way.
It is necessary to support the family and I would like to start working from the very bottom under the guidance of an experienced person as soon as possible, while simultaneously educating myself (there are no problems with this).
I liked the program of these projects, but I would like to hear feedback from their graduates.
For some reason, they cannot be asked on the GeekBrains forum, which immediately confused me.
I saw that similar questions about GeekBrains were asked here, but that was some time ago. maybe someone studied there and will share information?

I would not recommend Javarush, especially since they say here that it is for half a year (and only for the very initial level). As for the rest of the programs, the problem with them is that this is a review, you run the risk of constantly reading / listening to the basics without moving anywhere. All the basics on youtube are set out (at least in English), including courses. But the problem is not that there is no material, but how to perceive it, and what to choose, and how to speed up the path in general.

Hello Andrey77. I decided to take a Web Developer course at the bedev.ru school, because it will come in handy for my current job, and I'm thinking about the possibility of freelancing. There are few reviews on this school, but I still took a chance and bought training. A week has passed, I'm on the 4th task, and so far I have not regretted it. The courses themselves are sold at bedev.ru. You can pre-register on codemy.ru - training takes place on this portal. Payment for the course makes it possible to view all the materials, complete the DZ and pass the exam, and receive a certificate. I have some experience in html , js, php, but that was still at the university, 10 years have passed since then, a lot has changed. Here, as far as I can judge, modern material is systematically presented, the tasks are still simple, but even now I have to read reference books myself and deal with the nuances. The teacher in this course is trustworthy, attentive to details, can be called picky, but I like it, it's better than being left without attention. The first DZ was sent for verification at 13:00 Moscow time on Friday, already 19:00 received an answer, the teacher is still responding as stated during the day.
The only negative is the payment for tuition in the form of a consumer loan. The manager said that if you can’t study further halfway, there will be a refund, there is an offer agreement, but such conditions are not spelled out there bedev.ru/oferta.pdf , found a negative. a review that says that the buyer changed his mind about studying and could not return the funds, but I expect to finish the course.
As for the internship and further cooperation with this school, I can’t say anything yet.
