Reverting to the old IP after moving the site. Cache?

After transferring the site to another hosting (changing DNS servers), the call goes to the old IP address (only from my computer), but if you turn on the proxy, everything works fine (there is already a call to the IP address of the new hoster).
How to fix it?

DNS can be updated up to 72 hours.
To work with the site using a new IP before updating DNS, write in the hosts file ( C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts ) the new site IP -> site domain, for example:
Replace the site domain and ip with your data.

It means that too little time has passed, the DNS cache has not yet been reset everywhere.
