How to make a refund to the customer's card, without a card? The bank on its side turned on the setting (RRN transmission) I found a wrapper for this lib, but the return does not occur by itself, it asks to insert a card.

Find a map and repeat step 1 again. If still not, then repeat p.2-p.1 until you drop.
