The problem arises with VK. I would like to leave access to the main functionality of the network - communication, wall, music, groups, etc. But cut video access completely. Both the video page and embedded in pages, messages, etc.
The goal is to limit the child's access to the pornographic material of this network.
To complicate matters, VK works over HTTPS.

Firstly, such issues as drugs, alcohol and similar things are not solved by prohibitions, but by education and explanation.
As a matter of fact, it occurred to me to write a simple plugin / user script that will do what you need. You just need to make it non-disableable, it already needs to be looked at exactly how.
As for the ready-made solution - antivirus packages usually have parental control tools, since the antivirus has full access to the machine - it is not difficult for him to put his root certificate in the browser and analyze HTTPS traffic. It should work for itself.

In general, you need a program that evaluates the page for keywords and blocks based on this. However, there is a problem: in the same VK there are thousands of porn videos, which can be called "The Funniest Prank of 2015". No censor filter will filter this out in any way.
