Restoring the access database, perhaps?

Help me, I don't know what to do, it's impossible to open an Access 2003 database, I know this is a fairly common problem for people. But we have 5 people who have access to it and could access the same table as me. Now for all Access shows "#Error" or "#delete" and it can't be deleted. At first I thought it might just be a network error, but whenever I try to open the base, the problem doesn't go away. Is there a way to get rid of this, can I somehow change the tables so that everything works, maybe I can do something else in the database?

You can try compacting and repairing, but before doing so, make sure you have enough space to store your Access database on disk. Sometimes if there is severe damage, this program copes very effectively https://www.oemailrecovery.com/en/access_recovery.html
