Restoring files after a blue screen?

Good afternoon
I worked, wrote js code in * .js, then a blue screen (did not have time to see the error, quickly disappeared and began to reboot), as a result, the file is ANSI encoding and NULL characters, converting to UTF8, respectively, shows solid spaces. The reason for the blue screen is most likely overheating (the heat is simply not real at 40 degrees in the shade, the conder does not plow temporarily). Version control was not used, or rather, they were not allowed to make a separate branch for this file ... (manual). As a result, this is oops oops, guys, who knows if it's really possible to revive this file? A lot of work has been done and I do not want to return to this :(

@AleksFront

If you failed in WebStorm / PhpStorm, there is a local history there, you can get it from it.
