Restore grub?

On the laptop, Ubuntu16.04 is flooded with one markup, I want to move it and fill Windows with 2 partitions, so that one can be seen from ubuntu, and on the 2nd OS it lies. How to do? And also so that Grub does not fly off or how to restore it later?
