Gentlemen, please do not beat with sticks - I know how to google.
The question was asked in order to find out the resources that really helped real habrapeople in order to reduce information noise to the maximum when studying such a difficult topic. Interested in infa both in theory and in practice.
I will also be glad of a person who, for my heartfelt confession or any other, within reason, compensation will be ready to listen with a smile and answer my stupid questions.

Now the Machine Learning course has been launched on the course again and just last week neural networks were considered. I recommend, it is explained in an accessible way and the tasks are not bad.

Ryszard Tadeusevich. "An elementary introduction to neural network technology with program examples". Started with her. True, the book completely lacks mathematics, but after reading it in a couple of days, you can safely take on an order of magnitude more serious literature.
