Resources for speech recognition in C++?

To implement the project, you need a speech recognizer and make it in C ++. I want to do it myself (because I need to add and consolidate my knowledge of C++). To do this, you need to find literature on this topic, which you personally would advise. Thank you all in advance!

Speech recognition is 1% programming and 99% data collection and processing.
All you can do yourself is attach some ready-made engine to your interface.
