Resolving problems when using free SSL certificates?

Hello! For quite a long time there was a problem of DNS lookup for one domain working via https.
Today, when my own site switched to https protocol with free certificates, I got exactly the same ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error once. But only 1 time.
Question: Is there such a problem and what might cause it?

DNS и HTTPS никак не связаны между собой. Ну разве что тем фактом, что оба живут на 7 уровне OSI.
